very disappointing SP response, page-23

I think I read the announcement somehow saying it's on a "test work assay". To me I think it's telling me they "can" achieve this on a "test work assay" still not into operational. not expecting a super raise in SP on this but gain more confident in the future and not "now".
I think there's phrases to really put it into operation. so this is the first phrase and everyone expecting a big jump? so if they conduct 10 phrase so the SP should go to $100? "test work assay" bro~ I think very reasonable that currently it's not going up. but in future compare to others if this test completed and put into operation it will gain more than other mining company. No?
