    This statement is wrong. The options do not give the heads a price or value, its the heads that drive the price of an option. The options are pricing the heads at 9.8. They are at 3.9c because of the price is close to the strike price, KRCs volatility and the significant time until expiry. Whilst it's not perfect, look into the Black-Scholes model.
