In the last couple of months, I think the emphasis has gone off the
high concentrate 99.5+ and is focusing on the 98% grade as that is
all that is needed at the moment. Hence why TMT and AVL have
not hurredly pursued that concentrate.
The 98% V concentrate is what the market wants for steel rebar
production where there is severe lack of supply.
99.5% V is only need for 1% of the V market (very small at
the moment but likely to increase but we dont know when)
