Pretty pathetic given STO paid $1.00 per share 2 years ago. At that price they paid $2.76/PJ 2P at the time and DC spruiked that metric for some time thereafter!!!

Only one way for management to come out looking good and that is another bidder. We all thought Sadler would be working on that and there have been rumours of aother parties being interested. If BG or Shell wanted the gas then it would still be MUCH cheaper for them to make a higher offer for the whole company than it would be to get the gas elsewhere.
