Something doesn't add up.

Correct me if i am wrong, but I recall a presentation over a year ago when DC spoke of ESG being worth approx $2billion, and here are management accepting a bid for less than $1billion.

Either management are going to get looked after very well, hence the recommendation to accept, OR, as nervous mentioned, they have to toe the line initially, whilst waiting for other bidders.

Good luck to all holders. Although a hefty rise on recent trading price, I really hope we get more than this piddly offering from Santos.
