Think IMI is a bit of a leaky boat.
Massive buying just prior to announcements, massive selling into the spike just after the announcement yesterday, and placement / other longer term large holders taking profits.
Bit of a shame really that the people in the know did a smash and grab and then left the scene. They may or may not be back again to do the same all over again in the future.
