The sliding SP is because of a lack of announcements and general market consensus. It has absolutely nothing to do with charts. Pull out all the charts you want but a director buying, striking gold (copper) or a failed drilling program will put the SP in a direction no chart can predict

The management board can change this but they don't cause they a) don't care about shareholders and b) are advising there families to buy big at the moment.

It is impossible to say that things have changed from when the SP was at 23c to now... There has just been little updates.. So impatient buyers, lack of updates, general market confidence, and management thinking they are better than there shareholders by not communicating everything is leading to a fall in SP.
