In this case an unloved stocks with
-zero debt,
-loads of cash
- raiing oil price with projections much higher than present
-and existing and potentially NOW new cash flow coming....
Look for the unloved stocks. Remember from 17c to 20 c represents a 15% gain. Try and get that from a bank...
