Very interesting thread kids, more moderation and suspensions than the rest of HC combined.
To the detractors - lots of history and knowledge, try not to get suspended though - I prefer to keep leaning on this valuable resource.
To the newbies - try and not let knowledge scare you. HC won't change a co. like RRS. The worst that can happen really is that you learn something

Risk? Well its oil+gas Its Somalia The board misleading Yep - risky as
Upside - pretty big - these guys are shooting for the moon. That Georgia play alone is huge. Somalia - the tenements are the size of Texas - well at least half. Is it any good? Not sure - but somalia is the closest thing to the oil states that Africa has.
I'm in - 5% to 10% portfolio

Difference here - Somalia/Georgia may have oil unlike PEP11
Detractors Timing is everything lads - investing today in RRS is a LOT different to investing in two years ago when it was over a dollar.
Newbies If you make money from RRS - it is because people who have lost money got it this far.
My theory - the next big thing for RRS is definite signs they are really talking to the Somalian government.
