It sounds like you suspect that to be the case? Very hard when there are no quick and easy channels for whistle blowers. The NSW crime stoppers are receiving 500 calls a day for Lockdown breakers. There is definitely an appetite to dob for some things. I’d think if this was the case, that the director should stand down but as it’s a white collar crime, that’s probably the worst of the punishment they could expect.
