If they had of pulled the trigger in late 2018 and it took the 2 to more likely (being POS) 3 years to start producing we would have been making money now....
Instead they'll need to put their hand out again soon and still need to finance a restart whenever that may be but with the NP being at all time highs what's the FN delay???
