There was a very strong advertising media campaign including television and newspapers in Victoria over the Christmas and New Year holiday period for the Martha Cove Project owned by CP1 Ltd (owned 30% by City Pacific Ltd).

If the campaign can be translated to successful completed sales this would be very good news for the refinancing of CP1 Ltd due in February. This is because the financiers including City Pacific Ltd and the FMF would be interested in the sales at Martha Cove which is providing the cash flow to repay the loans.

I have noticed that CP1 Ltd (CPK) shares have moved up price over the few weeks.
