At the first point when management offered 8c share at 65% discount we should understand something very very wrong. The second indication was when the substantial shareholders did not take their offer. I think there are 2 reasons behind this disaster either the company will be never profitable or some influential party wants to buy Galaxy very cheap. In both cases the management is responsible and we are the victim of the whole scam.
