I'm wondering if they have put an initial cap of 30000 units due to the units feeding back into the grid 24/7, and they would like to monitor what impact the units have on their budgetry constraints? This may also partially account for the higher feed in tariff for solar (does the sun ever shine over there?)
Its also a new technology, so understandable they wouldn't be going all out with FIT's to start with.
Another important point is awareness of CFU's products will soon be brought to the attention of the average Joe as a result of the FIT's
Slowly but surely we are getting there!
