I have had a long discussion with Nick and it is only now starting to sink-in how good this new commercial off-the-shelf business dimension actually is.
As they announced back on 17/10/07 as well as explained during the AGM, they have already managed to improve the cash-flow period by 50% in just one year. This means that they already get their money in the door in half the time as compared to the McGeorge days.
Now, with the new commercial off-the-shelf business, they are targeting a further 30% improvement of their cash-flow period in this year.
Offsetting the long term projects with the new very short term business seems to be the key in their success.
