Not at all DH.
When POS or any other speck company wants $22M, where are they going to get it? A bank will tell them to FO. The broker clients just wants a return on high risk capital. POS just wants the $22 million. Nothing under handed, it is just the way business is done. It is not meant to be a good look. It is business.
