    CER shareholders should be pleased with today's announcement. There seems to be games being played on sell side or a lot of traders now declaring their hands. Buy side still looks weak if 10.5 & 10 cent lines attacked.
    Hope to post later today why REITs may not have bottomed.
    So no urgency to buy as their are many similiar stories in REITs.
