    Looks like a lot of traders now dumping CER. As stated previously today's announcement only confirmed previous announcement in December, so it was not new news.
    Wonder where the blatant rampers are now?
    Long term buyers now will have another chance to buy below 10 cents.
    Personally I am going to wait because I believe we haven't reached the bottom in the real estate market.
