Wow - you are cutting them way too much slack. Yes, they eventually filed EPP with the EMA. However...
1) PLE - did the come through on that yet? Had trouble with statistical significance...
2) Stock is about 1/2 the price it was when Wolgen took over 6 YEARS ago (10:1 conversion adjusted, the stock was low .30s which now would be around $3.20. That's a pitiful 6 year performance.
3) cuv9900 - we were supposed to get an updated Q1 2011 originally.
I could go on. Some behind far behind on timelines doesn't matter that much I guess? Timelines are a CRITICAL component of an investment.
We've had a 6-year longterm negative return!
Time = money. Cash under the mattress would have done better.
