This is a quality stock. Need to be patient until the sentiment in the market changes. All sectors have been savaged in the past 6 weeks. First it was inflation, then the global credit crunch followed by the oil price.

It has been good to see the US Govt and Fed Reserve take action in the past 6- 8 months with decreasing rates and creating a line of credit for banks, otherwise the fall in global markets would have been much worse. I have been suprised how swift the US Govt has been with saving some of the larger private institutions such as fannie.

It is now time for the Aust Govt and Reserve Bank to take action and reduce interest rates to ensure our economy does not slow down.
