I would suspect the market doesn't think the margins are sustainable in such a competitive retail market as manchester etc, and the bored at home with stimulus to spend theme has possibly peaked. Back to pre covid gross margins in a years time or so I would expect, or lower considering wage rises will be flatter than usual to pay for the stimulus. Amazing share price performance for such a retailer, even if Mocka was exciting and very fortunately timed.
Also Mocha was the exciting TPW like bit, and its growth has flatlined for a few months. I think people will want to go out shopping soon, as they have missed it.
Did any of you see how confident the crowd was at the GF? Not worried in most of Aus.
