Question is - has that trillion already been taken into account in the market?

in the big picture a trillion isnt that much (the us spends more than that on its military every year)..

We have had a big re rating world wide with sub prime - my sentiment is that people are already mopping up and rebuilding - or the markets would still be in freefall - i mean who in this world market waits to lose money?

from what i can see markets arent in frefall - that was last month...
