    As TCF has pointed out, Cunningham's have a lot of options and possibly heads stock to move. If they wait too long and PB#3 is a duster they are stuck with them. They have to move some stock while the buyers are there e.g. now. If the well is a success there will be nothing to hold it back.

    JMO of course.
