Hi pigoletto, I eventually didn't go ahead with them.
Several reasons apart from cost, I’m in a small group of 5 units, and discovered that one in the group of the Owners Corp
didn’t want to see another (Me) have a vastly better quality roof than the rest.

Instead, I did a complete roof restoration of my original roof, put up a new 6KW Tindo Solar Panel System with a 10KW
Sonnen battery, and an EV charger.
Very happy with my situation now.
I also didn’t get enough information on the Company and management to make such a very big decision, so was cooling anyway.
