yes, that is Ian Middlemass (Arredo Pty Ltd) holding 1 million shares in last year's annual report
its a $2.7M market cap shell, with $2M in cash less $658,586 in debt & payables at 31/12/15 less another $64,000 borrowed in the 1st quarter less $50,000 2nd quarter spend, of which $607,700 were repaid as follows from $2M raising:
* pay fees in the amount of $405,000 to Transcontinental Investments Pty
* pay director’s fees in the amount of $57,500
* pay director’s fees in the amount of $145,200
also $500,000 lent to Impact Investment Partners Pty Ltd (Impact)
has potential for big upside given RGU has an EV (enterprise value) of only $1.5M
