Yes Happycats. I couldn't agree more.

I've been stung far too many times by bad management but still got caught on this one. I need to do more due diligence on that side. I have learnt this lesson far too many times. Its time I made the correction to my rash assumptions about management being good.

The assumption should always be that management are BAD unless there is proof of the contrary. I (and a lot of other investors I'm sure) have the habit of assuming the management is GOOD unless there is proof of the contrary.


The unfortunate thing about the corporate laws in this country is the shareholders don't really control the direction of the company because the red tape and expense required to change the management us usually too big a mountain to climb.

The best option is ALWAYS to educate the management or convince them that they would be better off doing another job. Even that is no easy task.
