Reiner... My understanding is that the he EIS is an additional document required by the commonwealth as the NT EPA refered the development under the EPBC. There is no great risk to the project other than unavoidable delay. I think 2nd quarter is likely for all approvals. Yes management has been quiet on this but it is part of the process for the grant of a NT ML so not misleading
