April? I'm hoping much sooner than that.
E.g. Stage 2 could be up and running as early as late January if the ML comes in before end of year, or late Feb if it comes in by early Feb.
I know it pays to be conservative, but I'm sure the company will be targeting ASAP permit approvals and start up.
