Agree with you on both counts Chuk :)

Obviously their strategy is to make it all happen ASAP and you could very well be right that we see this up and running in Jan/Feb.

I am being conservative and allowing for slow government departments, late delivery of parts, etc.

I have to say that I don't have a feel for the extent of the "upgrade" required for stage two so that has played a factor in my timeline expectations as well.

Obviously I'm more than happy for you to be right here and for me to be wrong :) Either way we are heading down the right path.
