very lamb duck shares vs real estate

In all my time investing the last 2 decades has been a pleasure with real estate for one main reason is that despite all their attempts the market manipulators can not play with this asset as it is very difficult to value each individual house for a variety of reasons.

However with shares , esp the speccies and shares that are targets for the shorts , unless you can play it each and every day you can loose a motza. Additionally with the advent of dayerism thanks to Bloomberg constant info from only good looking men and women not old enough to really know life we roll from one crisis to the next. To that you add the questionable rating agencies changing things daily. No wonder the bears come on here and vent. Your life on the sharemarket is an emotional up and down ride that can rob you of peace if that is going to be the means of wealth creation.I could go on - but property is relatively easy - still requires some research , but you sleep easy and you can sleep in it.Plus it is not glamourous but rewarding in so many more ways.
