Historically HVN has had a very low dividend yield. The highest dividend they have paid so far is 7c. And that was when the share price was comfortably North of 3 bucks.
So at 6c and the current share price, HVN is arguably at one of its highest ever dividend yields.
This tells me that most people hold it as a growth stock rather than a yield stock.
