Time to exit stocks.
Time to load up on out of the money puts at bargain basement prices.
This is the sell zone.This is not the start of a new bull market, but rather the top of a bear market rally.
Look at the sentiment indicators...the VIX, the Investor's Intelligence sentiment survey, etc....all point to excessive bullishness among US investors.
The herd is talking about this being a new bull market. The smart money knows that this is BS.
A new bull market will start when:
1. Sentiment is excessively bearish, even after a significant rise in stock values.
2. Valuations correct to or below the mean.
Neither of these conditions have been met.
