nah, they are deluding themselves if they think they can win a war against Iran. you should go over there and see how incompetent their leaders are - all of them gain their position due to their allegiance and loyalty to the King and his heir, not due to their competence in military matters.
that is why they have not made an inch in gains against the Houthis in Yemen.
if they don't have international allies fighting for them, they would be run over by a second grade army within a month.
