That is an extremely hawkish view. I agree that there will be some form of action taken [not necessarily military] but it will be very limited and designed to destabilize and polarize the Iranian central government . US policy on Iran is regime change by applying maximum political pressure. The US [rightly so] is very dovish to say the least. The Iranian regime and military is nothing like the cowardice Iraqi regime of 2003. Iran would be a deadly and formidable foe if the west miscalculate that.
Either way it is looking good for oil bulls like myself. And many others by the looks of the 16 million plus shares of BPT already traded this morning and the 2.5% spike in share price.
