well. as far as debt goes. until the borrower goes into administration, they still have a debt to pay..now they might not have the money. But there is still a debt. Therefore REU is still a debt holder with option to call in the administrator if the debt are not pay. They might not get anything back from it. But they are entitle to that right. They can be nasty and spoil it for everyone.
