On 6 May CBA disclosed relevant interest in LLC had shrunk to less than 5%.
Some curious aspects in this long announcement.
Buying and selling during March and April by various entities related to CBA.
Some entity called "Commsec Trading Limited" appears to have sold short a lot of LLC and appears to continue to have a short position as at the end of the disclosure period.
Meanwhile Colonial First State Investment Ltd ( number 3 ) was a net buyer during the period and Colonial First State Investment Ltd ( number 1 ) was a much larger seller, and the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society was a substantial buyer through 6 different nominees.
It all looks rather odd. And the volume and price data provided seems to be off the mark from market prices.
Anyone else following LLC, seems to be sort of cheap right now.
