At least the Indonesians want to explore the options of UCG with Couger, unlike our own QLD Government who are among the most dishonest mob in recent memory.

I think we need to let this play out over the next few months to see what comes of it. The main thing is that Couger isn't relient on the Indo deal alone, so if China and Mongolia come off, the Indo's might just follow down the same path.
