I,m still increasing my knowledge base of cxy and having just read their media release of Oct 17th i'm amazed at the way they were treated.I think they have made the correct decision to sue in this matter.
I currently hold cnx and I am well aware of DERM and their actions,frustatingly negative.
my gut feeling here is that the stonewalling will linger on in the court system and a ruling will probably be a long way ahead unfortunately.
however i believe cxy seem to have a good case and the final outcome will be most interesting,with a win not only good for cxy but for the whole UCG industry.
That win will be a blessing for the long suffering shareholders who have been holding on.good luck.
