    I got the date from a Cougar announcement.

    Cougar appeals Qld Govt decision to close Kingaroy.

    The relevant bit is this:

    "Summons filed by DERM alleging breaches of the Queensland Environmental Protection Act 1994 against the Company has been adjourned until 15 December 2011."

    The big question of course Guru Bob, is will it go ahead? and if so what will be the consequences of the outcome?
