I think that sentiment will have changed Smark … particularly with the lithium price fall and the share price having slided down into the 20’s.
If a serious buyer wants absolute control of this asset, they will get control at a price around 50-55 cents, in my opinion.
That would change, of course, if left field other material events unfold before a raid … but that is honestly how I see the picture at this point of time.
Gina probably still has her 4.9% … so it can’t be completely discounted.
Wesfarmers may be looking for an opportunity to average down into the lithium sector as well.
