You presumably think the WC8 shares are worth much more than 50 cents, so why then would it be so ridiculous for a new party to raid the open market and buy 19.9% up to 50 cents?
my point is that they would get those shares at the moment, if they acted now.
If a new party was to do that, they would likely follow that through with a bid at a similar level (a bid that is unlikely to interest MinRes or Gina), but it would certainly mean the Board will no longer control the company.
Because I think that is a genuine risk and possibility, it doesn’t mean it is what I would hope or want to happen.
