re: letter to bradley, chairman What I dont really understand is if RTM had no rights to explore the Tenements...as the renewel rights are exploration rights only, then how have they been allowed to explore for Nuclear Fuels?
The MME unless they had their heads stuck up their colective backsides wouldhave told them years ago that they could not explore for Uranium. Now as far as Iunderstand, they have never said they could not explore. The Law of acquiesense is a common law, and if you do something and the other party "acquieses" to you actions then they agree to them.
If they had not been granted Nuclear fuel exploration rights then how did they drill for and report on Uranium?
Namibia has withdrawn rights before and I have researched this but only if they thought that the company has not proceeded as quickly as they wanted them to.....RTM is only exploring.
This exploration of their "tenements" has not been challenged.
