BUT, IMO a possible reason that MME did not give the U ex rights straight off, may be they are trying to get explorers into something other than U. In other words, you sign here, explore base metals etc, show us you can do some good for this country, and we'll give you preference for u exp after you show faith. Maybe next week, month, year, but after you sign this agreement first.
