re: letter to bradley, chairman Ive been in and out 5 times for a momerate profit Currently out.I appreciate everyones comments merit in a lot of what people say. Thanks for your letter to Bradley lets hope he is candid with his response.
Two points i would make that may advance this discussion.
1. Another company announced a licence for U in Namibia cant recall name but it was sth of rtms area of interest
2.I think MME didnt grant U licence in this issue because it was not applied for until April of this year the other liciences were left over from 1993
what this means is debatable but there is no surety that rtm will be the only company applying for a licence.

I still think rtm may get the licence but it is not a forgone conclusion.
