What I gather is that PNA is quite different logistically than RTM. I gather their application was not similar and that also their application process took an IMMINENT sense of timing as well. (Would welcome any different researched opinions.)
'Rare metals and industrial minerals' are for example diamonds and minerals that can be extracted from the earth sands they mine.
Uranium is considered more a special metal. I am assuming that is their definition.
I am perplexed too, hence my e-mail to Bradley Moore this afternoon. Interesting wording of his and the MME.
I definitely will spend time carefully reading his response to my e-mail, and the upcoming info for the June 16 Meeting and make sure I attend.
My feeling is still that RTM is a good punt, not a good bet today though. Be interesting to see what eventuates over the next few weeks.
