    They are advising AGM sharholders to risk everything with this statement. They will announce after market their intentions. there wont be time to say....i will accept your offer now.

    Allegiance shareholders should only believe that Zinifex will allow its offer to close today if and when Zinifex says so in clear and unambiguous terms.
