    Thats another funny comment. A matter of politeness? ZFX has given shareholders an offer to take $1. If they decide to accept and then ZFX raises the offer and extends it. The ones who have accepted will still be entitled to the increased offer. Titling the annoucement as a "Must" is pretty funny.
