    I have put out 6 audited ARs in the each of the last 6 years. All on time. As for a downramper, well I take it as a complement.

    Rule 1 of investing - check the quality of management. Have a look at LD and AM's management track record at PRW. One thing CDB does have on its side is Carl Swensson. If he exits, I wouldn't be far behind him if I were an investor.
