I'm very surprised at the market's reaction to this announcement, which wasn't even news. CSS had already said the issue was done and dealt with (which at the time was great news). They then said that the performance was among the best ever (or something to that effect, I don't have the quote handy) which was right next to a figure showing that other than last year, it was the worst for a few years and about on par with the previous few years with just a trivial difference.
It's good that the problem is over, sure, but that isn't news.
