Once the insiders have taken their positions this thing will move, til then will stay where it is IMO. Interesting CRA has added some $20m USD in market cap since the deal was announced. Been doing some digging and there seems to be a bit going on between CRA and Abbott/Merck on cancer therapy and diagnostics.
